it doesnt take LONG for me to notice my body feeling better and my mind feeling less cluttered with negative self talk...
try to focus on the physical and emotional feelings rather than how you think you look...
it's like this: i was on a "diet" for 2 months and i chose to eat great and watch my cals, work out for a bit each day... i felt amazing and lost 25lbs.
i haven't been on the "diet" since march and i feel gross and crappy even though i haven't gained weight.
think about how you perceive things, change the way to perceive negative things, and chose to be proud and happy of the lifestyle change.
