Fluctuating between 165 and 169 now, which is my all-time high. Gaaaaah. I finally figured out last night it's not how much I'm eating/exercising, it's that certain foods don't digest for me at all. It's fairly certain I'm celiac too. Motivation for continuing to follow my g-f vegan diet, which I really do feel so much better on.

aaaww rainswept!!! It's ok...just make note of what doesn't digest and try to stay clear from them.
I'm still at the same exact damn weight 166.6. DAMN IT!! lol...I need to exercise more. I've been doing 3 days a week...usually about 3 miles on the treadmill, plus 30day shred....I need to get a little more hard core though. I know it...I KNOW IT!!! I just have to DO IT! |
i will never reach 159 by 10-1 going at this rate... ::sigh::
I just got paid today so I plan on buying healthier lunches...never know what to eat for lunch and I get bored with eating same stuff for lunch. |

Hey Ladies!
So last month I did get down to 168 for about a day lol but then I went home for a couple of weeks and everything just went to ****! I was on super vacation mode and it didn't help that everyone kept telling me how good I looked seeing as how it'd been about 2 months and nearly 20 pounds since they'd seen me before. Well it took me about a week after being back at school to get back into my routine, but I'm so glad I'm finally back on plan. It just sucks to have missed out on 3 WHOLE weeks of losing weight...ugh I think I was up and down between 10lbs during that time( it's crazy how much water weight we can retain) and now I'm finally back to 170.something so I'm really hoping that by weigh in on Monday I'm back in the 160's Hope to be able to join you guys soon! **I posted this in the 170's thread too so sorry if you read it twice :) |
I'm just writing this here so it will be in public and I'll be less likely to make excuses for myself. :-)
It's 2 1/2 weeks until October 1st, and I want to be out of the 160's by then. I'm not really sure what I weigh because it's fluctuating between 164 and 169, but I think it's mostly non-digested foods just sitting there. I NEED to cleanse my system and really sweat out the toxins and flush them out with water. So this is my plan for this week until next Sunday morning: Daily: Sweat for two hours, doing alternate walking/running on the treadmill. Drink 2 liters of water. Eat no more than 1200 calories, all cooked veggies and fish, a little rice to soften things. And daily also play for at least an hour with my golden retriever puppy...I've been feeling so sick lately I've sadly neglected her. :( |

So I did it woohoo! I weighed in at 169.0 this morning and I am super happy to have finally lost all this weight I put on over the past 3 weeks. I'm finally back to losing real weight and I'm hoping to reach my next goal of 159 very soon! |
163 as of yesterday however I had a heavy night of drinking so I need to make up for that a little bit. I feel kinda crappy today though so I'm thinking I'm gonna put the booze away for awhile.

i am fluctuating between 159 and 161 since last 1 and half weeks :cry:.. i am overeating (mom's food's the culprit!) and not exercising... today i have to hit the gym :running:.. |
