    okay.............
  • This is not working for me(big NO NO!!), am very hungry hungry hungry...

Will go back to just eating healthily and eating less...
  • I would think for many people this would take them to 800-1000 calories a day. Of course they are going to lose weight doing that! It's not a healthy way to do about it.
  • Any meal replacement diet is never going to be a long term thing. Special K is okay but there are better cereals with more protein, fiber, and way less sugar. Special K isn't made with whole grains either. At least the last time I checked. If you going to go with a cereal diet try cheerios, kashi, or honey bunches of oats instead. But honestly just eat cereal for breakfast with fruit and eat something else for lunch unless you craving creal. Good luck to you!
  • Any replacement diets do not work long term, but can be helpful to jump start weight loss. I just started the slimfast shake for breakfast and lunch, but I know in a few days I will omit one, and have a meal. I'm using it to transition into a diet, and I guess because I like seeing that initial drop in the scale!

If you wanted to do special K for two weeks and then slowly transition over, that would be fine. If you just go off the diet though, and don't make a lifestyle change, you'll just gain the weight back.
  • It worked GREAT for my best friend to drop from a size 4 to a size 0. She ended up gaining it back though. I tried it and failed miserably though I always wanted to eat more than one serving of the cereal b/c it was yummy, and then I just got sick of only eating cereal twice a day!!
