Issues Getting Out of Bed?

  • Man, this makes me feel old. Back in the "day," when I was 18-19, I could subsist on only a couple hours of sleep. Now (at the very advanced age of 22 ), I need 8 hours. Minimum. 9 is better. It's hard, I keep trying to get in bed by 10 but that's been epic fail these past couple of days.
  • I am right there with ya! I need 8 or 9 hours.

    I get sooo thrown off if I am out late drinking or stay up reading past 11. Just so totally thrown off.

    And I nap. I try to get in at least an hour a day...

    I heart sleep.
