Okay, I am all over this one!
-No Soda.
-8 Cups of Water a Day.
-No salt to season foods and avoid sodium high foods.
-Powerwalk at least 30 minutes a day. EDIT: I'm changing this to "Aerobic Exercise at least 30 minutes a day." I have very bad blisters right now from breaking in some new shoes and some things at work, so my normal walks are killing my feet. I'm going to try swimming laps for a few days while they heal.)
-Drop At Least Five Pounds.
-Stay on track enough for my grandma to order my my new doll for Christmas (If I'm still on track by the end of his order period, she'll buy him for me. Yay incentives.)
