Default What is the best way to get a butt??
I thought it was appropriate to make a topic of the opposite need of the other one, haha. My butt is flat, any exercises you girls know that can help me get it bigger?

Hehe, me too. My butt is not small, because my hips are wide, but it's flat . Lunges are good.

I definitely fall into this category.. I have wide hips, flat butt... I've done a LOT of butt exercises, but in a pinch, I just fake it with flap pockets on my jeans! Squats, lunges, step workouts, and hiking! I live on a mountain, and so I work my butt walking up my driveway!
