I noticed the previous 20 something 30DS thread kind of died so I am wondering if there is anyone else still out there doing the program? I am on day 2 of Level 2. I was sick last week which majorly messed up the program but onward and upward!
Anyways if you are doing the program, jump in, I would love to have a place to discuss my progress!
I was doing 30DS religiously. Then I started working with a trainer and died off it. I am getting back into it though. Currently I am on L2 D2. Plan on doing D3 today....hopefully! So you and I are on the same level!
kswood- I have never been able to stick to an exercise program before this, I just get up half and hour earlier then I usually would and get er done! I can't believe I never started this earlier because I feel great throughout the day and it prevents me from blowing off my workout. I think it's because the workout is only 20 minutes that has allowed me to stick with it.
kswood to be honest since i've started with the trainer i haven't had time to do it. the days that i used to do it are now with my trainer. like today i should do 30DS but my legs are KILLING ME!!!!! i do find that alot of the exercises on 30DS i do with my training - just without the modified versions!!!!!!!!
Up until last Thursday, I had gone 10 days straight - level 1. I needed a break because I started getting really tired of it (and tired of Jillian!)... but not ready for level 2 yet. It really didn't seem to help my weight loss last week. Maybe my muscles were retaining water.
I just started doing 30DS last week. i could only do about 8 minutes at a time, but now i can do the whole 25 minutes and then some. has anybody had any good results on this program? when are you supposed to move to a different level?
I am new to posting on the boards. I am on Day 4 of Level 2 and I love it. Last night, after doing 30 DS during the day, I popped in her newer video Blast Fat, Boost Metabolism and did that one too. It's just cardio, no weights involved. So, I'm in too! Can't wait to see what kind of results everyone has with this.
So far I've lost 1.2 lbs, which is good for me because I tend to lose very slow.
And I lost a solid inch off my waist, yeah!
L2 Day 3 Done! I have to say Level 2 is waaaaay more challenging than Level 1. I actually was quite cocky after Level 1 since I had prepared myself for the worst so after that I figured Level 2 would be as easy- not that case! It's all the arm/shoulder exercises that kill me, I have no upper body strength Oh well I will soon.
I recently finished the dvd (after a few mini "I quit" phases) never in a million years thought that I would make it lol. Gotta say the results are amazing! I moved on to her 5 dvd box set (The Biggest Winner) and it is K-I-L-L-E-R, like the shred times ten...on steroids! She moves way faster and does not stop for anything. Make it through the shred and you WILL see results.

how often are you supposed to move to the next level - like every 10 days or just when you feel like the current stage is not challenging anymore?
i just bought me 2 pound dumbbells and i am SO excited to start doing the upper body too. well let's see how it goes! got me a pedometer too and i lost 104.3 calories while walking from walmart to kroger and then home. but i think it was more than that because i had my dumbbells and a gallon of milk and some other groceries ^^

Yes you spend 10 days on each level. If you reach level 10 and don't feel like you can move to the next level yet I would restart that level until you feel comfortable moving up. But the general idea is 10 days on each Level.
