I'm trying to get really serious about this. I just hope the motivation I have now sticks.
I'm doing South Beach, because I have done it before and it was successful...until I stopped following the program, obviously.
I've done well with SB so far, and I also spent about 20 minutes using the Wii Fit. SO much more intense then I thought it would be! I was actually sweating! I'm going to get on the treadmill later, as well. I just moved and hope to get a job soon, but I figure I should take advantage of the extra time I have now and get into the habit of exercising 6 days a week!
My biggest fear is that I'll do well for a few days, then completely fall off the wagon. It's happened before.
