Well I took FIVE days off
I was (still kind of am) very very sick. I would like to say I tried to eat well, but I let myself fall off the wagon and found it acceptable because I am sick.... it's never acceptable to eat half a pizza by yourself
Anyhoo, today I'm starting like nothin happened and I'm just eating the way I'm supposed to and working out too
I decided to do my star rating I did last month because the categories really helped me stay on track.
For those that didn't check it out last time, basically you can get five stars a day- one for each category you meet- you do this every day for a week.

Monday:
Sleep Well: YES! Slept hard too
Eat Right: So far I'm doing awesome, all planned out
Exercise: Playing Golf with the husband and then an hour on the eliptical
Stretch: Love too! (I always get this one)
Talk Yourself Up: Looking fabulous in my new white dress
Total: 5 Stars!!!!
