Talking Newbie here!! Can I join yall's group??
Hello everyone,

My name is Stacey Im 21 and Im from Dallas, TX. I already posting on some of the other forums but I think Ill be hanging out here the most because us 20 something year olds go through alot more than maybe another group. He have different issues that matter most to us that might not matter to others..

So yes Im overweight. I weight 228lbs. I did once get down to 178lbs. But thats over with and I starting a clean slate. I am counting my calories again tracking them with the daily plate and good ole fun exersize. Maybe some Turbo Jam. Or just anything to get my lard *** up and going will be fine by me!!

I'm almost out of the 20 somethings but I definitely relate more here than in the 30 somethings...I might just have to get kicked out one day! haha, Good luck on your journey, stick around, we have some crazy stories, and are all super supportive of each other, and we'll tell you how it is too! If you've been down at 178 before you are already in the game, just fell off for a second, haa, sometimes i try to be funny and i'm not really!

Hey guys! I'm new too! Smack in the middle or 20something and ready to get back into my bathing suit!! Recently moved to my sleepy hometown in North GA.. but trust me we know how to have a good time!
Looking to lose a 10-15lbs as soon as possible! Have a trip to California in a month to visit my little brother and of course lake season starts in about 2 months!!! Any suggestions!
Glad to see there is a group for us 20somethings.. really it makes a big difference

Hey everyone, I've been lurking a while on these boards and it's just so overwhelming with so many forums and posts! So I think I'll just hang out here for a while.

I'm 24 and in grad school, which is sooo not conducive to working out and eating well. Oh well, three weeks left in the year and I'm done until nearly September.
