I just keep telling myself "Running won't killme, I will pass out before I die" - Petunia. THis quote is from my WW buddy Petunia's siggy and I thik about everytime I run and then repeat it in my head. Oh and I tell myself how sexy i am gonna be!

tmk and brooksrm those are great ideas! I really think most of the workout is all mental about you thinking you're strong enough to get through it and those would totally help that:)

I either say "you can do it you can do it" over and over or something like "come on come on come on!"

I think of the little engine that could haha- I think I can I think I can! :D

Sometimes if I'm running I just count my steps 1-10 ...
Sometimes sing songs in my head - "we will, we will, rock you"
Or something silly like "2, 4, 6, 8, keep on running; you'll look great"

i just open biggest loser and have jillian / bob talk to me... well talk to them but i imagine that they talk to me ~ and when i look at those people that are trying so hard everyday to lose weight and they have to work out like 4 hours per day - mentally i compare my 45 minutes to them and so... my legs just keep running/walking :D although my knees are my biggest problem for running so i often run 60 (i count 60 step) and walk 120 ^^

"Be the best you can be" or "I don't feel pain" hahha because at times I'm in sooo much pain. I also imagine Paula Radcliffe and think "Paula's 37, I have 16 years to run like Paula, I should be running faster!"
