I am 28 and I love WW. I have done it a few times and was always very sucessful while following the plan. When I stopped attending meetings and tracking I gained weight back, not the programs problem, but mine. I think you need to shop around to find a meeting that fits you. I don't have anyone around me to be a weight loss buddy so I love the group aspect of WW. I would try to go to a meeting at a center- they tend to have many meetings to try out and I think a more diverse group of peeps. My meetings has all age ranges to the very old to the very young. We have a High schooler in our meeting. There about 8 girls about me age in the meeting. We talk about all sorts of stuff, but we did talk about points for drinks, and GS cookies. My meeting is varied with people and topics and it works for me.
Oh, the prior poster said there wasn't a focus on exercise, but that is just not true.

You earn points for the exercise you do so the more exercise the more you can eat- I personally don't eat activity points but in theory you could- also they encourage you to work up to earning 28 activity points per week which is about hour of activity most days. I am at about 21 per week right now.

I think you should check to see if it is free registration- they always have that deal going ever few months and just check out a few different meeting times. You know when you pay for WI you can attend as many meetings for that week you want- just can only weigh once.
