Default Oh snap, i'm back.
Well well well so after much defeat I have strongly urged myself to come back here due to the simple fact I realized I can't do this alone. I wasn't a very active member when I joined her a few months ago and that was probably my problem. So yep I'm back after gaining my weight back from previously losing 20lbs on Weight Watchers and need the support from you amazing ladies more than ever.

Hi i'm lucy, 22 (23 in april) from auburn, alabama and weight 208 (as of today) and i'm more determined than ever to lose about 50lbs by Christmas. yep. hi! be my friend x) lol.

Hey Lucy, I am glad you are back and I know you can kick this thing. I started June 2008. We are all here for you--me included. I think WW is a solid program. I am not a WW but I follow many of their tips and advice--nonscale victories, and their recipes. I mainly calorie count, run and am using Alli sparingly. Good luck. Let me know if I can be of help.
