Yep. Sadly I have hundreds of stretch marks thanks to 10+ years of up and down, up and down. There's no true way to get rid of them, although they do fade with time. I don't like them, but I've finally learned to accept them over time. Now I consider them my battle scars... badges of honor!

Mine are white and faded but still noticable. I learn to deal with them. I have them absolutely everywhere - my arms, breasts, stomach, even under my knees.

I am going to try cosmetyn it was previewed on Oprah and have heard good things about it. It is a free trial and only had to pay shipping or else I wouldn't bother. I heard of the laser therapy but it is ooober expensive. I am so white and can't tan so I guess I just have to wait until they fade from purple to white. I hate them and feel really self conscience about them. Keep me updated on any tricks.

Don't be selfconscious about them. I've felt the same way... and it's only recently that I had the confidence to wear a bikini and my boyfriend asked why this was and I told him that I hated all these lines and he replied,
"They're like a road map of your life. Where you've been, what you've gone through, what you've accomplished. There's no reason to be ashamed. You should be proud." He never knew me at my higher weights so I was touched by his comments. |
