I'm at 1300 cals right now, but I might have one more snack to get up to my 1450. I'm hoping I'll be down another 2 tomorrow, but we'll just have to see! Hope you all did well today! |

I had a terrible binge on Monday night, but have done well the rest of the week! Good luck to everyone--I am rooting for you all!

I had pizza last night, but I did my homework and was only 34 calories over for the day. I had 750 calories the day prior so I believe I'm balanced pretty well.

I weighed 209 and some fraction of a pound this morning. I was afraid of seeing no loses this week due to the fact I've been lingering around 1700-1800 calories per day.

We went out to dinner tonight, but all I had had earlier was a 6" turkey sub, so if I went over, it was only by 200 calories. The scale will show me how I did, but I'm not too worried. We hardly ever to out to a fun, nice restaurant, so I enjoyed myself! I have some more water to drink, but I feel parched so that will be fine.
