Default I think I may have overdone it..

Well I was getting frustrated with not losing any weight recently even though I was eating perfectly OP and was doing 38-54min of walk/runs every other day.. so I decided maybe I wasn't eating enough? I was getting in 23 weight watchers points a day, every day. Soo...
I ate a cheeseburger and fries, in all their greasy gloriness...A whopping 30pts all together in one meal!! But it was a scientific experiment!! I'm hoping that in a few days of eating back OP it will actually result in a loss.

It wasn't as good as I thought it would be either, that was strange.

Isn't it interesting that foods you thought were amazing- aren't really that great when you have gone without for awhile

honestly I would be hopeful. You need to give your body something to chew on every now and then.

Firstly: Leigh. Adorable new pic.

Secondly: I'm also a firm believer in shocking your system. Sometimes it needs those zig-zags up and down to remind the scale to move. Stay OP and super good for the next few days after... I'll bet you see the numbers drop.

If I eat a high calorie meal once a week, I never see disastrous results. It's when that one meal turns into days.

Everything stays in check and I continue to lose. So I'm a firm believer in this.

leighish - Btw, I looked at your blog and yay for being a size 10!

I agree, I think there was a diet like that once where you were way strict 6 days a week then the 7th day was a free day. Good luck with that! Do you alternate your exercise or do the same thing everyday, sometimes changing exercise also tricks your body. Isn't it amazing the foods you thought you would miss aren't that good, plus I think it makes me feel yucky after I eat them.

Well I gained one pound today, which is pretty good, since overall I ate around 50pts yesterday (didn't stop at the cheeseburger lol). I'm back OP today, so I'll let you know what happens tomorrow!
