Hey guys.
So, I just logged in here for the first time in months. I've been eating horribly ever since I was last here and I am so disgusted with myself. Luckily, I haven't gained much weight. I might be seven pounds higher, or so, but even when I just fill up on junk, my body never really jumps past it's 185 plateau. So that's one good thing. But I just wanted to put it out there that I'm back and I'm recommitting.
This is what I am going to do:
- Set a 1500 daily calorie limit
- Count out my calories in my journal
- Go to the gym every day I don't have lacrosse (except for the days before games)
- Stop stuffing my face with candy! I have been so bad about this and it needs to stop! Right now it's 10 AM and I already feel sick from eating too much! That's just ridiculous.
- Come to 3FC every day. I need to remind myself how important this is to me!
My current goals:
- Stay on plan for a week
- Start losing weight. I don't care how much I lose each week as long as the general trend starts to head downwards.
- Find more healthy foods that I like and that can help me stay on plan.
This is a pretty self-centered thread, I know, but it just helps to put this out there. Hopefully you guys can help me stay accountable.
Anyone else just jumping back in?
