  • I've lost 8lbs so far, without trying very hard, so I really need to step it up. I'd like to lose another 12 by Easter, that will have been a total of 20lbs lost since the new year. Is that good?? Actually, now that I think of it, Easter is a long way away, I can totally do 12 pounds, in fact I think by Easter I can do 22. It sounds like a lot, but I think if I stay on track and run more, especially as the weather gets nicer, I can totally do it!!!

  • I just wrote down my mini goal today, because I realized my overall goal seems so unrealistic that it's not motivating me.

    I want to be at 170 by March 31st.

    My mini goal is to be down to 145 by May 1st (thats when I go to Vegas!!) I am currently at 172.. 3lbs down.. 27 lbs to go
