Monday always seems to be my best day, so I am going to see if I can keep the momentum going for the rest of the week!! *fingers crossed* :)

Didn't do too hot today. I went over a tiny bit but it was the cherry coke I drank. No excuses...what the heck? Today was my rest day. No more rest this week now!

I've pushed through today & I'm finally making some progress. I have the worst cramps I have had in a long time, so I left the gym after 30 mins & wanted to eat my cramps away, but luckily I only ate 1/2 of what I got & I now have chicken cooking. Tasty, low calorie & so easy to make. I have about 400 cals left for the day, so I am stoked.

I just fell really hard. Chips, a sandwich & some little donuts!! What is wrong with me?? This week is the worst! I hate TOM!!!

It's okay, Chance! Today I ate left over chicken marsala :( then I ate a cheesesteak and about 8 chip ahoy cookies with milk. Aghhhh! Tomorrow's a new day and I am going to kick my butt. I am stuck in a rut and wish I could get out of it. I've been so on and off lately I'm just maintaining my weight.

Oh, my Friday will be bad I'm sure. I work and then my hubby plays guitar at a bar so I'll be drinking. I haven't in about a month so I have to splurge for him. LOL! Or so he says. |
So far so good for this week. I have been OP with my food all week and I have been to the Y twice this week and I am planning on going friday. I think today I will do some pilates or something at home. I worked my lower body yesterday at the Y so my legs are sore today!!

Monday 1200 cals breakfast: 1/3 cup berries, cheese , 2 eggs (no yolk) lunch: 1 cup veggie brown rice, 3 oz broiled pork loin snack: SF jello dinner: cucumber salad, 1 cup beans, 1 cup broccoli , 1/2 cup brown rice and parmsean encrusted catfish Tuesday 1200 cals breakfast: 1/2 cup berries, cheese, lean ham lunch: 1 cup veggie brown rice, 3 oz broiled meat, cheese snack: SF jello and almonds dinner: 5 oz pork loin, 2 cups celery and green beans with cashews, 1/2 cup brown rice Wednesday 1700 cals breakfast: 1/2 cup berries, cheese, lean ham, 1 hard boiled egg lunch: turkey salad and cookie (TOM) snack: cheese dinner: 3 oz pork loin, cucumbers, 5 spice veggie stirfry Thursday 1400 cals breakfast: 1/2 cup berries,1 egg, lean ham lunch: 3 oz beef chuck, 1 cup rice and broccoli, cheese snack: cheese and almonds Dinner: 4oz parm encrusted catfish, 3 cups steamed veggies, 1 oz pork loin, cucumber and tomatoes salad Friday 1500 cals breakfast: 1/2 cup berries, LF cheese, lean ham Lunch: 6 oz chicken tenders and veggie stirfry Dinner: hummus, pita, 4 oz beer and soup, dark chocolate (TOM) |
181.6!!!!!!!!!!!! No more plateau!! I like this losing streak & I'm hoping it will carry me right into the 170s!!!
