Default "Unique" Knee Problem

I'm not sure if anyone else has this problem: if seems as if my knees are starting to turn inward (or my legs kinda 'cave in' at my knees). Could this be because I'm overweight? And if so, will it relieve itself when I lost the weight?

ummm go see a doctor. if you've noticed it get it checked out, if any part of your body starts to go in a different angle to normal it starts to put strain on the structure. it may be your weight and it may go if you lose but if it is straining the ligaments or tendons it could cause permanent damage if left un checked.

I have this problem. I don't think it's very noticeable to others, unless I point it out to them. At least, I hope it's not! But I am definitely aware of it. It has not gone away with losing weight and I don't know if it ever will. I'm not too concerned about it from a health point of view because it doesn't seem to cause me any pain or anything. From a cosmetic point of view, it annoys me. Maybe I could reshape my legs over time with certain types of exercises, but I haven't pursued that. If you do see a doctor and s/he says anything else about it, I'd love to know! Maybe I will ask about it at my next physical.
