Rememberhowtomsile - I am borrowing your weekly meal planning thread idea
I used to do this awhile ago and stopped (obviously) when I got sidetracked by eating too much :P
Anyways!
To get the ball rolling -
Friday 30 Jan:
Breakfast - Swiss muesli with low-fat natural yoghurt
Lunch - Salad with cucumber, capsicum, tomato, feta cheese and slow cooked corn beef (mmm...leftovers)
Dinner - we didn't go out Wed night...BF has suggested tonight so we will see. In that case though going to try the combination hot pot with steamed veggies and a little rice
Snacks - 1 x apple and low-fat greek yoghurt with protein powder (this is about 150 cal...very yum, like choc pud)
Exercise: Possibly none today, its my scheduled day off. I like to give my body a rest day every 7-10 days PLUS its predicted for 37+ degrees today thats 100 in farenheight terms.
