LADIES...
Now is the time I am taking control of my workout routine. I always plan to do it first thing in the morning, and then I put it off and put it off and it's 11 pm and I still haven't worked out, and I'm too tired so I do nothing. Then a new day begins, and I'm a little fatter and a little less fit!

So let's do this!

For this thread- post your morning workout goal for the next day, and report how you did today with your previous goal. Got it?


So my workout goal for tomorrow is to do the 30DS before 10am. Tomorrow I'll report how I did with achieving that goal, and I'll post my goal for Monday.

If you have to work or can't workout in the mornings, you probably don't want to join this thread. But if you are looking for motivation to amp up your mornings (and raise your metabolism for the day!) join me!

I really like this thread. I usually do my work-outs in the a.m. but if i don't then I know I won't get to it the rest of the day.
My goal for tomorrow is to do the treadmill (Unless I wake up and am very sick.. I am coming down with a cold!) for a half hour.

I need this too. Its the same problem I'm having now. I woke up this morning and actually made it to work out. Tomorrow morning my goal is to do 30ds beforew I go to work.

I've been doing 30ds in the morning and it really helps pump up my day.

Just finished day 5!

Although morning for me is a relative term since I don't have class yet. And even once I do it's not until 1, so morning is more like 11 or noon.

I did the treadmill today as soon as i got up! (I got up at 7 am today) I contemplated staying in bed and reading but I knew I prob wouldn't make it to the treadmill this morning! yay!! Tomorrow, my goal is to do my tae bo cardio in the morning before class (gotta get up at 6 and I cannot hit the snooze!)

I do the 30ds every morning before I get ready for work. Unfortunately for me morning is 6 am lol.

hey girls i still have the flu and am far too weak to workout but once i feel better i will be up and at it again. i just need to start waking up earlier like 8 or 9 instead of 10 or 11. it would change my life...seriously

I am going to the gym in the morning, and doing the treadmill and probably some weights and core training exercises. I am going to try something new tomorrow on the mill, tightening my core muscles and seeing how long I can hold them, and doing it the whole time I am on the mill.
