Hope you guys will join me this weekend! I always weigh on Sundays or Mondays so I have to be a good girl this weekend. I need the scale to pull big numbers for me this week or I might need to be straight-jacketed! =) So here's my plan for the weekend:
1550-1700 calories, 92oz of water, 30DS & elliptical
Saturday: 1820 calories, 96oz of water, 30DS Level 1 Day 8 & 30 mins elliptical
Sunday:



hershey kisses) and didn't get to exercise. My dh was busy all day and my daughter decided to not nap all day, so... but today was better. i ate on plan and got my exercise in. yay! slowly but surely i am seeing progress.
