Weekend OP Challenge

  • Hope you guys will join me this weekend! I always weigh on Sundays or Mondays so I have to be a good girl this weekend. I need the scale to pull big numbers for me this week or I might need to be straight-jacketed! =) So here's my plan for the weekend:

    1550-1700 calories, 92oz of water, 30DS & elliptical

    Saturday: 1820 calories, 96oz of water, 30DS Level 1 Day 8 & 30 mins elliptical
    Sunday:
  • You know I'm in

    1500-1750 calories, at least 80 oz. of water, gym both days

    Saturday: 1649 calories, 96 oz. of water, gym today (40 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes on the bike)
    Sunday: 1627 calories, 96 oz. of water, no gym today
  • Blahh, I'm stuck at this silly plateau still so I'll be changing things up this weekend and see how it goes the next couple of weeks.

    23 ww pts (down from 25-26), 45min run/walk, 60min yoga

  • Glad to see this! I have the easiest time with exercise on the weekends because I'm home and have more time but I want to snack when my family does and a lot of the time that doesn't fit in with my cals.

    Ok, going to stick to around 1350 for calories.
    Do a video each day. Turbo Jam today and 30 DS tomorrow. Maybe add something to the end of that.
    And at least 64oz. of water.

    Saturday: Way over my cals...hubby showed up w/pizza. 1912 Cals
    Turbo Sculpt & Ab Jam 10 min standing Burned 481 Cals
    On my 3rd bottle of water but might treat myself to a diet root beer while we watch movies.
    Sunday: 1310 Calorie
    Biggest Loser Boot Camp...bought it today! Burned 278
    Just finishing my 2nd bottle. Kinda been slow today but I'll make it to 64 at least.
  • Hi guys! I'm on vacation, but want to make that V-day goal! I did the 5-day OP and messed up on Friday, so I want to make this one....

    My goal is to stay on WW meal plan. I have acute tendonitis at the moment so I can't exercise.

    22-27 points on WW;
    8 cups water;
    45 min. on treadmill (walk ten. jog five. repeat.) both days
  • My husband took the girls to his mom's for a bit while I did my videos tonight and showed up with pizza and movies. He wanted to treat me since I was under my calories so many days this week. (It was only 4 nights out of the 7 but he must be actually listening to me.)

    I need to stop letting myself go once a week. I never made a cheat day but it seems I've been having about 1 a week.
  • I did pretty good today. Lean cuisine for lunch, 20 calorie ice pop in the middle of the afternoon, and for dinner I had 2 oz whole wheat pasta with half a cup of spaghetti sauce and one wheat roll. This evening I had a 100 cal bag of popcorn

  • I got up this morning expecting to be way up (well, at least a few pounds) because of the sodium in the pizza and my muscles hurt so bad from Turbo Sculpt when I went to bed. To my surprise, my muscles feel great and the scale read 173! Let's hope it continues through Friday or even drops another pound or 2.
  • The scale officially hates me. For the 3rd week in a row, I have weighed in at 182. I'm pretty annoyed. Luckily, I am doing a fruit/veggie week this week & doing a colon cleanse, so maybe that will get things moving again. I could not have picked a better week to do this. Maybe subconsciously I knew the damn scale wouldn't budge. Here's to a day of junk food!!
  • Ugh...it's been snowing here since last night and there are about 9 inches on the ground already. So, no gym for me today! But I am also coming down with a cold that is parking itself right in my chest, so maybe the gym wouldn't have been the best place to be today

    I did completely reorganize my closet today though, so that got me moving and sweating a bit! haha My closet rod broke like a year ago and we just got around to fixing it today! So, I had to take clothes in and out of the closet, so I kind of went on an organizing spree after that! Goodwill is going to love me
  • weekend review
    I didn't do so well on saturday (had some wine and a few hershey kisses) and didn't get to exercise. My dh was busy all day and my daughter decided to not nap all day, so... but today was better. i ate on plan and got my exercise in. yay! slowly but surely i am seeing progress.
