I'm back... and a little ashamed
 

Hi All!

A few months ago I got serious about my weight loss and came across this site. Why in the heck I started before a holiday season, I have no idea. I totally fell of the wagon with traveling and being around family. I totally disappeared from the site and even flaked out on my BL Team (sorry guys! :?: )

For the past couple of weeks I've been back on track and have lost the weight I had gained back. I know this whole thing isn't gonna be easy, but I'm at least glad that this time I didn't just say oh well and stop trying all together. I guess that's progress.

Thank you ladies for your support, and I wish you all a great deal of luck in your weight loss goals, because you're a great help to mine. :hug:

Beaka, welcome back. Yes, indeed. The holidays are hard. I so admire that you were able to get things back under control. Fantastic work.

The holidays are definitely a pitfall for me, just too much temptation. Just get back on the wagon hun. We are all here to support you along the way, you did it before and you can definitely do it again :)

Hey welcome back! I can speak for myself where I come and go in spurts around here, sometimes life and family and whatever just takes over. That's the great thing about this place, it always welcomes you back. :)
