Kim- I really hope things get better for you. I think not knowing what is wrong is the hardest. Please keep us informed. And thank you for helping me with the chart. I appreciate your taking the time to do it.
ella- Let me clarify.. 2 lbs is soo great but I have more water weight to lose and I usually lose a lot after a period of binging. If I could lose 2 lbs every week I would do a back flip!!! Esp since last challenge, I was at a plateau and didn't lose a singe lb for the last 3 weeks of the challenge!
I really need to kick up my work outs this week. I usually get up before school to do it but lately I just can't do it! I hit the snooze for over an hour! not good!

I wish there was something I could say that would make it easier but it's hard. The best thing I have found is to bring enough healthy food. They sell $1 pizza and it's tempting but if I bring my lunch then will eat healthy instead. If I don't have food with me, all bets are off!

I'm really sorry but I'm afraid I just read through all the posts pretty quickly as there were a lot to catch up on and I really need to have dinner and get a lot of sleep
