I seriously got the best gifts ever this Christmas. I got a new espresso machine, a sea blue ipod nano and the nike+ sensor to put in my running shoes. Tracks all my running info stores it on my ipod and everything. Makes working out so much more fun, I'm a list girl I love tracking things...
Oh I got a Nike Tracker thing for my iPod, too! Hmm what else...gift cards to my favorite stores, clothes (I've graduated from a size 29 jean to a size 28!!!!), little odds and ends here and there like Audrey Hepburn tea mugs, some books, and a really pretty key necklace. Oh and my "big" gift this year is a new 19" TV for my bedroom since my oooold one gave up on me earlier this year!
Oh and the bf got me a giant J'Dor perfume set!! So now I get to smell pretty!
The best things I got was gift certificate to my favorite health food store and organic/natural toiletries. I have completely replaced everything from my shampoo to my toothpaste with a more natural product. I'm so happy and everything smells so good.
I got Clean and Clean provence perfumes, body lotion, candles. 2 very cool gold lotus necklaces by satya, a gift card for my skim lattes, jammies, a new naughty game. Stuff that I love but consider luxuries and haven't bought myself. The perfumes are awesome, so nice and the necklaces I have been coveting a while so I'm really happy.
i still have one family christmas to go, it's tomorrow, but so far i've racked up lots of good things:
nikon coolpix l18
sirius for my car
gift card to threadless
new pair of boots
perfume i wanted
2 cardigans (i'm a big fan of them)
animal crossing: city folk
I got a new pedometer gizmo, clothes, candles, and underwear! I am most thankful for the undies because my old ones kept sliding down and bunching because they were too big. YUCK!
A new Michigan sweatshirt hoodie (grad from college and wear support for a completely different one lol)
pair of pants
personal blender (yes i actually wanted that)
Wii
Money
I got a silver nano and some gift cards and anight on the town with DH.
That's about it. I hosted this year, so I gave out a lot of stuff and cooked a lot. We got married though, and even though it was months ago I FINALLY got bust out a lot of the new kitchen/entertaining stuff, so it felt like I made a haul
I got some cute new gray/purple running shorts, underarmor leggings for lacrosse, an armband for my iPod, and some assorted clothing/food things. And money! I'm feeling kind of loaded, so I'm definitely planning on getting some more workout music, probably another pair of running shorts, as well as hopefully some clothes a size smaller!
I got:
Tooons of cute clothes, yea!
An iHome, which I really wanted!
2 dvds that I also really wanted--WALL-E and Mamma Mia!
An armband for my iPod, for exercising!
Random stuff like a couple CDs, some books for light/fluffy reading (hehe), a Candyland set (from my aunt, LOL), pretty earrings and a gift card to Claire's (cheapie jewelery store which I love), a really cute black leather clutch, yadda yadda yadda... Wow, I didn't realize it until I listed it all out like that, but I pretty much made out like a bandit! My friends and family always come through for Christmas.
a new garberator ( my old one died last month)
a pearl necklace which my dad broke attepting to put it on me. ( So, let s hope it can be fixed!)
and a little figurine that my mum bought for me last year. ( My mum died of cancer this spring, so it was a huge suprise to get somthing. I bawled when I got it. )
Thats it. Being an adult sucks some times, because i would have loved to have got fun stuff. But im not complaining - seeing that new garberators cost like 200 $ .
