  • Awesome ... I LOVE arby's and just assumed all the sandwhiches there were a "no-no!"
  • if you guys don't stop talking about arbys- I'm gonna start pointing fingers at all of you with one hand as the other is bringing that tasty sandwhich to my lips LOL
  • i LOVE the beef n cheddar but it has a ton of cals in it. the arby's melt satisfies that craving and it's less than 300 cals so when i'm out shopping that's my fav place to go. i swear with this list if i eat something off of it i feel like i'm cheating but i know i'm not.
  • Quote: today we went shopping and my 3yo HAD to have pizza hut. i got the fit n delicious chix, mushroom, green pepper pizza and a side salad with no chz and no croutons. it was AMAZING i felt like i had cheated and it was less than 300 cals.

i love chick fila too but they have an indoor playground and with that ethan has n interest in eating.
I have an Ethan too! - My rule for play places is that he MUST eat before he can play. I don't make him eat it all, but it has to be a reasonable amount- same goes for the little toys.

my dining out list is a little different.

I eat grilled chicken salads almost everywhere we go. - In "real" restaurants I try to find a meal that is grilled chicken and steamed veggies if they have one. At Wendy's I will sometimes get a small chili with a side salad.

For Taco Bell I have them make a taco salad, hold the shell, with chicken. I don't know what the calories are on those things though.
