Default Below 170!!
Anyone who has talked to me recently knows that I have been over 170 for at least 8 months now- that means I haven't even SEEN 169 or ANYTHING.

Today is NOT my weigh in day but I was feeling pretty thin this morning so I decided to weigh myself regardless-- 169.2!!!!!!

LADIES... I got on the scale and it was NOT a 170 number! OH MY GOSH I seriously did not think this was even possible! I'm freaking out! I am SO stoked!!!

Go you!!! Now don't get upset if your body decides to fluctuate and you get to 170 for like a day. It wont do any good. :P Keep up the good work!!!

WHOOO! Great job ladies and welcome to the *official* new 160s thread!!! I look forward to seeing everyone join this thread and then the subsequent 150s thread that is sure to follow.

As a side note, I am going on vaca to Germany with my bf to visit my mom for a week but am planning on starting the 30 day shred upon my return. Just thought I'd throw it out there.

I'm scared to change it... HAHA I know, I know. Since today wasn't like my official weigh-in day I'm scared to call it my official weight... is that silly?!

I don't know I'm nervous that it won't be there on Monday morning when I need it, that instead I'll be 174 or something hahahaha... I know I'm crazy. I just honestly didn't think I'd ever see anything under 170 again! I don't know- should I just change my ticker?!! hahahaha I want to but I'm nervous about it not lasting.
