Default Mad @ myself...

So I had a miracle weight on Friday (169, for those of you who know I've been fighting to see below 170 for AGES!) and I don't know what the deal is, but I'm like 3 days late for my period and this PMS is heinous (pretty sure I'm not PG, tests are negative) but I HAD to eat everything in sight this weekend. Like, I couldn't convince myself otherwise. I didn't count calories, I just ate and ate.

I am really mad at myself and I don't know why I did that. I'm really worried that I ruined my progress, that sort of thing.

Lame, huh?

PMS is a right bi-otch! It happens to everyone. One day is not going to kill you. Just don't do it tomorrow, pound the water, & you should see 169 again in no time. I had heinous PMS last week & now I'm over & moving on. Pick yourself up by your boot straps & start tomorrow with a new attitude.

Hey carcar, Go easy on yourself. Like, Chance0421 says, "One day is not going to kill you". I've got to say I do this too during PMS time. I try to keep in mind that tomorrow is a new day and I can make different choices.

I'm right there with ya car.. I had graduation on Friday and I totally blew my diet from Friday night right into saturday. We can't let it hang us up because the longer we dwell on this the longer we keep ourselves from losing more weight. Buckle down, use it as motivation to walk/run/bike for 10 extra minutes and next think ya know we'll be battling 160!

Tomorrow is a new day. Don't sweat what you can't change! In no time at all you will be where you need to be! PS- Find that bottle of Advil or Midol- does wonders for my PMS.

Lord...on my last TOM...it was a trip to the chinese buffet, then the olive bar at wegman's, THEN an ice cream bar. It's just nature's way...but one day is nothing compared to changing your life. Don't be bummed, just let it add to your determination!
