man i hear you. sometimes one bad thing, can lead to a whole bad day, can lead to feeling like overall crap about everything. try to stay up as best you can. we all care about you here at 3fc!!!

I just got a little depressed yesterday. About my weight (yoyoing like crazy) and my life and it's horrible lack of achievements....It just really gets to you when you let yourself think about.
I really appreciate you guys being here to give encouraging words
