Default Out of calories but hungry...

What can I do? I'm feeling really hungry, I had a calorie-full lunch and only had like 200 calories for dinner. I used 'em and I'm still hungry.

Suggestions?!

Celery, it's negative calories because it takes more calories to chew it than it actually has in it. That's about all I know so I thought I would throw it out there. lol

Just eat something light. Like veggies or some yogurt. Make sure you don't go to bed hungry.

Drink some tea! That always helps me.
Or try the celery thing, or just something, like a cup of carrots (about 50 calories) so low calorie it won't hurt you.

I second what Beautiful Ace said. She's talking about catabolic foods. Well worth it. Here's a list of 'em... you can chow down on a ton of the stuff, and it barely nicks your calorie intake.

I ended up having a slice of 45 calorie Sara Lee whole wheat bread and 1 cup of chicken broth. Exactly what I needed, but it DID put me over my calories today by 65 points.

My biggest mistake today was a heavy lunch.

Thanks for teh link Jelbb!

Try not to feel bad about it. Many people cycle their calories anyway and find it helps. IMHO if you are truly hungry then you should eat.

I agree. If you're hungry, you eat, or you're just messing with your body in bad ways. Cut down by 65 calories tomorrow... meh.
