So i'm having a christmas work party. What would be a good low calorie drink I can make to drink at the party. I don't wanna blow my diet. I usually drink stolli raz with sprite and cranberry juice thanks.

simplify it and I think you'll be okay. Make the sprite diet, and try to pick an alcohol that isn't flavored (lots of sugar).

Oh there's a really great diet cranberry (it may be cran-grape...) that OceanSpray has out. It's only 5 calories per 8oz and has VERY little sugar for juice! But I agree...use Sprite Zero or something and that Diet Oceanspray with your Stoli!

Is it a tended bar or can you bring your own/provided by host/ess?

If it's a tended bar, Bacardi and diet works out to about 65 calories, a glass of wine is 100-125 depending on amount. Also, if they have diet sprite, just use that with the Stoli (yum!).

I would stay away from anything that has a juice base- sugar and calories add up fast.

bacardi and diet or red wine are the low cal drinks I stick with when I'm worried about it. But, I like to plan to drink so save calories for booze...probably a bad idea, but I feel less guilt that way.
