Ok, I am having a moment today! I get really bad cravings the week before my period. Usually, the week of my period, I am ok. I actually lost 3 pounds last month, but the week before is always **** week for me. I want everything. I am a freaking bottomless pit. And seeing as how I only have 1564 calories per day, I can't afford to eat until I'm full.
I'm not opposed to having a day & eating what I want, but I just don't know...
I'm emotional today, having issues with friends/family & feeling pressured ON TOP of having PMS cravings. Ugh!
