It seems to get me through the evenings when I want to snack.
What calorie free / very low foods/drinks help you through that time right before bed?
Usually I have a cup of tea, or no fat cocoa, but diet root beer seems to be hitting the spot!


Sometimes when I need something at night I drink sleepy time tea or have a bag of 100 calorie popcorn. I got a free sample of Orval Redenbacher's Lime and Salt popcorn and it was really tasty. I know it sounds weird but I swear it was good
