5 Day OP Challenge Dec 1-Dec 5
 
Hey girls!

I don't know how many of you need or want this thread, but it has been so great to keep me accountable the past 3 weeks. I think, for me at least, it helps me to stay focused on the BL Challenge by focusing on one day at a time rather than the whole 4 weeks in one big chunk. So, I will start since I love it so much!

Tell us what your goals are for each day & then come back & enter the information once your day is over.

This week: 1564 calories per day, over 92oz of water, 30DS Level 1 - I usually give myself a break on Mondays so I don't totally lose my mind.

Monday: 2400 calories, 56oz of water, 30DS Level 1 Day 3
Tuesday: 1485 calories, 16oz of water (so far - not good!), no exercise
Wednesday: 1650 calories, 920z of water, 30DS Level 1 Day 4
Thursday:<<BAD PMS DAY! 2650 calories, 64oz of water, 30DS Level 1 Day 5
Friday: 1550 calories, 96oz of water, 30DS Level 1 Day 6

Hey Chance, I love this thread also, it helps me stay on track!

Goals this week: 100oz of Water, c25k, and exercise 200 mins

[I]Monday: so i drank my water today thats about it, tuesday is a new day!
Tuesday:Day 1 week 1 C25k, 100 oz of water 20 min on eliptical
Wednesday: Day2 week 1 C25k, 100 oz of water, 20 mins crunches, about 200, i like to rest in between sets! exrcise total so far 65/200 mins got some catching up to do!
Thursday: NOTHING BAD JESSY
Friday:
exercised about 20 mins so far, i got some more in me edit later

I definitely look forward to this thread. Thanks for starting it for this week :)

Goal for the week: 1600 calories, gym at least 3 nights, good snack choices

Monday: 1549 calories, gym night 1, I did have a cookie that one of my students made but also had a banana and a granola bar...so not too bad.
Tuesday: 1606 calories, gym night 2, good snacks
Wednesday: 1521 calories, gym night 3, had a small brownie with my little 3 year old cousin
Thursday: 1234 calories, no gym tonight due to Parent/Teacher conferences, had good snacks even though I was starving all day long!
Friday:

Okay, I'm in too! Around 1500 calories, 30 mins of exercise, 1.5 L of water/tea/whatever.

Monday: 1500 or so? I didn't really count but I ate nothing odd so it should be about right. No exercise. Plenty of water.

Tuesday: So, I did eat no more than 1500 calories but half of it was chocolate and mayonnaise. Bad Elwing can't keep her diet when she has boy issues :(. 1 hour of exercise and I need to drink some more water.


Wednesday: 1300 cals, + exercise, + water


Thursday: 1650 cals, 1 hour of aquarobics, lotsa water

Hi everyone :) Goals for this week - stick to SB diet without cheating, drink more water instead of tea/coffee.

(I'm in Australia so I'll be a day in front posting!)

Monday - Small slip up, didn't realise Milo wasn't part of P1. Only 1 tea.
Tuesday - Stayed strong all day with P1, a tad too much mayonnaise if anything :) Only 1 coffee.

I'm in too! Between 1500 and 1600 calories, 72 oz water a day, 200 minutes of exercise.

Monday: 1470 cals, 50 oz water, 22 minutes of exercise...will do better tomm
Tuesday: 1365 cals, 30 oz water, 22 minutes of exercise...must drink more water!
Wednesday: 1485 cals, 40 oz water, 22 minuts of exercise...ok, I need to work out more!
Thursday:1640 cals, 30oz water, 22 minutes of exercise

I love short term goals, they keep me on track for the long distance goal, so I would love to join you all. :hug:

My goals - 60 minutes exercise every day, 8 big glasses of water, stick to 1500 cals or less even when away on mini break.

Monday: 30 mins aerobic exercise, 8 big glasses of water, cals 1489 (will try harder with the exercise tomorrow)
Tuesday: 60 mins exercise, 6 big glasses of water, cals 2100
Wednesday: 45 mins aerobics, 6 big glasses of water (and erm 4 glasses of wine), cals 1510
Thursday: Away (update on return)
Friday: Away (update on return)

last week wasn't great for me staying op (thank you thanksgiving!), so i am in this week and i'm staying op!!

goals: walk away the pounds 4 mile challenge at least 4 days, 30ds everyday, stay op with eating (35 points with ww)

I would also like to join! :) I am hoping to get to ONEderland by New Years and I really need all the accountability I can get.

For me this week 80oz water everyday, workout 4x and staying with my calorie range!

Monday-75 min workout, 85oz water and 1556 calories!
Tuesday-85 min workout, 95 oz water and 1576 calories.
Wednesday-No workout (my off day!), 70 oz water and 1730 calories.
Thursday-60 min workout, 70 oz water and 1686 calories.
Friday-45 min workout, 85 oz water and 1736 calories!

Goals: Exercise 300 mins, drink 124 oz water, stay within 1200-1500 cal's a day

Monday- 1447 calories, 124 oz water, 0 exercise :(

I could definately use this thread! I'm finally commited to doing this again. I've been wishy washy for the past couple of months.

1400-1500 calories a day work out 4x this week!

Monday: 1475 calories, No workout
Tuesday: a bit over my calories 1645 (I was totally craving a skinny cow ice cream sandwich.) Again no gym.

How did everyone do today? Mine day was way over, but I always plan Mondays like that. I give myself a boost so that I don't end up quitting & gaining everything back. Hope you all had a great day!

Monday was a great day. I stayed OP all day and managed to workout for 75 mins. Felt like a great way to start the week to me!! :)
