oh I want to join! I'm just starting up today again after a long hiatus.

Well I was doing great until yesterday. I went to Subway and they had just taken Macadamia nut cookies out of the oven. I only had one but I know I really didnt need it. But it was still really good!
How is everyone else doing, the week is almost over! |
Today isn't good, but it's not going to ruin my life or my diet. I'm having raging PMS & I just wanted a damn cookie, so I had it. I'm going to do the Shred tonight (maybe twice) and drink lots of water, but I'm not going to make myself feel bad for having cravings during my TOM. =)

I'm doing good... a little high on cals though. I'm already at 1300 and I don't want to go over 1600 for dinner. *sigh*

My week is going ok. Day four of my diet. I have been eating a lot of fresh veggies and fruits so I feel great about that. I'm still having a hard time stopping eating when I feel full. There have a been a few times (like tonight) that I have eaten until I feel stuffed...not good. I'm also getting annoyed because I have been having problems with my bowels (I know like you really want to know). I'm thinking it has something to do with all my new healthy eating...or at least I'm hoping that is what why.

Brandy: Fruit & veggies can definitely give you the poops! It's normal! =) Don't worry - your body just needs to get used to that & you'll be fine. It might even help you lose quicker if you are constantly on the pot! :D
