It seems like a lot of people here are doing Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. I was wondering if you could tell me if it's hard on the knees. My knees are a little sensitive but I'd like to get a good workout without irritating them. Thanks!
There is alot of jumping and squating, but she mentions in the workout about options if the exercises are hurting your knees. I can't recall at this time what she says exactly, but when I do my video this afternoon I'll listen for it exactly.
she recommends doing the modified versions instead of the full squat. i would think the workout is still doable. i know there are days when my knees hurt a little and i can still get through the workout, i just take it a little easier on the squats.
