Default Weekend Challenge 11/29-11/30

You know the drill! Let's try & stay OP this weekend. A lot of us have a weigh in coming up on Monday, so we can all use some extra accountability. Who's in?

1564 calories per day, over 92oz of water, 30DS, Pilates or a walk

Saturday:
1461 calories, 96oz of water, 30DS...that is the hardest workout ever!!

Sunday: 1588 calories, 128oz of water, 30DS

Ready for Monday's weigh in for the Green Team!!!

Sat: Uggh, it wasnt bad but it wasn't good. My oldest son was up all night, and I really mean ALL night, hes sick, so in other words Mommy was up all night to becuase Daddty had to work early today, and hes the bread winner, so instead of working out like i really wanted to i slept.

Sat:
breakfast: yoplait lite banana cream pie yogurt
lunch: tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread, one serving tostitos lite corn chips
dinner: two slices of the "P" word. its thin crust with easy cheese...but sigh. At least the rest of my day was good!
exercise: 30 day shred
ETA: Make that *four* slices.
sigh. Couldn't help myself. I was freaking starving!

Sun: my scale seems to have forgiven me for the pizza last night. Todays plan is to stay ridiculous op, shred, and pound back the water. I do have a weighin tomorrow, after all

Saturdays started well with my three workouts, a walk, trip to town....
and an apple for breakfast....
it is soooo cold here its not funny!....

I'm in too ladies if you don't mind.
It's day one of my diet...49lbs to lose, goal date - asap BUT no later than July 2009 as we are going on our Honeymoon then.

So Saturday: Saturday, 1331 kcals, 45 minutes aerobic exercise (resisted fries and a burger at McDonalds and had two pieces of fruit in car on way home) YAY!

Sunday: At work for 11 hours so only managed a 30 minute walk but I am pleased with that, 1310kcals eaten and all good healthy stuff and finally I shall finish the weeked off with a lovely hot bubble bath and an early night.

I'm in too My plan for the weekend is similar to the rest of the week. 1600-1800 calories per day, at least 64 ounces of water, and the gym at least one, if not both, days. I normally do the gym both days of the weekend, but I woke up this morning feeling kind of nauseous and dizzy. So, we'll see.

Sat: Just about at 1600 calories, made it to the gym, and drank 64 ounces of water

I think I better get in on this too, cause I can see it going downhill already... lots of water, 3 servings of veggies a day and 2 of fruit minimum. Light exercise, cause I'm still recovering from being sick...

i had a rainbow trout fillet with mixed veg for lunch....
painted the hallway afterwards and did some shopping....
made some pizzas again for tea, of which i only ate one slice!....
accompanied by lettuce, tomato and cucumber and a piece of the homemade bread....
i had one fruit cake too for afters....
im feeling rather happy with my saturday....
i just have to resist the Texas BBQ pringles my bf has now, tho i have just brushed my teeth....

Drink a bottle of water sh3l5 & then you won't even have room in there for chips! I'm pounding water because I just got home & when I have nothing to do, I want to snack. Luckily, I haven't been to the store this week so there isn't too much to go crazy on, but still.

So far so good today. My sister in law & I went out to lunch, but we split everything because neither of us can ever finish our own plates, and the calories were pretty freaking low, so I am really happy. I don't have to be hungry today.

My Sunday is going well....
i got up and worked out twice....
then had me apple for breakfast....
worked out again after breakfast....
for lunch ive just had roast turkey, 3 boiled potatoes, boiled carrots and boiled cauliflower....
followed by a small (probably 2 tablespoons) apple crumble and two spoons of custard....
i know the crumble isnt particularly bad for me because it is home made with no added sugar....

i still feel a little bad for opting to eat desert tho....
so at tea time i shall sacrifice the apple i shud have been eating then....
and settle for a youghurt and a small fruit cake....
with lots of water!....

Today is going to be a tough one. I have already eaten 1191 calories out of my 1564, so I am going to have to drink tons of water to help curb my cravings. I hate going out to lunch to places you don't know anything about. I had 2 pizza rolls & that was 600 calories alone. I'm sure I'll end up going a little over, but I'm gonna try really hard not to. I'm also gonna do the 30DS later, so maybe that will redeem any extra calories I end up eating.

Any suggestions for what to do?
