IM trying to make a playlist for when i am working out.

So that being said, what songs out there pump you guys up? Make you want to jump on a treadmill and never stop, or randomly start dancing around the room?

I listen to a lot of hip hop or pop music, sometimes hard rock. I have Justin Timberlake, Kanye, Rihanna, kittycat dolls, Katie Perry, Rage against the Machine, and Theory of a Deadman on my current w/o playlist.

i have ring the alarm remix for a club by beyonce....sometimes i have to stop myself and gain control!!! thats how awesome it is...i love me some kittycat dolls...always make me want to push a little harder and natasha beddingfield!

Besides the others listed, Lil Jon lol or old school stuff like 'Brick House' & Salt/Pepper 'Push it'

I love hard rock in general, a good Rammstein song gets me going :D I also love the song "Pump the jam" by the techtronics (i think), the lyrics make me want to do heaps of weights :D

Yes I LOVE rammstein, im more of heavy music person myself, Have you ever seen them live? I did when I was 18 or so, one of the best concerts ive ever been to, i remember at one point being in the back of the crown because i had just crowd surfed for the first time and the heat of that flame thrower on my face was crazy, i couldnt imagine the people in the front!

:O no i have never seen them live! I would love love LOVE to. In all honestly, I would sell my soul to :( I have the Volkerball album/DVD and it looks so freaking awesome! Like when they get the rubber boat out and crowd surf in it! And fire those fire things into the crowd! They are just so awesome.

An aerobics class I went to always used to have Black Eyed Peas - 'Let's Get It Started' and ever since then its always makes me want to run or jump around.

I like anything fairly fast that I can sing along to (quietly!) while working out.

Oh and I'm really sad and downloaded Proud by Heather Small so I can pretend I'm on the biggest loser!!
