I tend to like music that I normally wouldn't listen to, but it really gets me moving...
Rhianna - Please Don't Stop the Music Nelly Furtado - Promiscuous Madonna - Four Minutes Fergie - Labels or Love Christina Aguilera - Candyman I also rock some old school tunes like Tom Petty - Runnin Down a Dream Salt n Peppa - Shoop Foo Fighers - Everlong And I agree with the others who like Scissor Sisters - Don't Feel Like Dancing I try to find music that has a beats per minute count that corresponds to the cardio I'm doing. |
Sinner Man by Nina Simone is a really good song if you're doing any running.
Feel Good also by Nina Simone is very motivating. Sexy Back by Justin Timberlake sometimes makes me feel pretty good. I'll add more later! |
