So I feel like I am doing everything right, and I still am not losing weight. I track my food at spark people, and stay within the 1200-1550 calorie range they set for me. I do the 30DS everyday and get my heart rate to 150-160. I drink at least 70 oz of water a day, usually more, and limit my sodium to 1500mg. I did notice I wasn't getting enough fiber, so I am adding more in.
I eat fairly clean, an average breakfast has been a Jillian Michaels recipe, lunch and dinner chicken bell pepper onion over 1/2 cup rice with fruits and veggies for snack and some organic natural peanut butter for added protein and fat. On an average day I have 126 g carbs, 35-40 fat and 80-90 g protein.
I did lose 6.5 inches my first 10 days on the shred, and 1 more since I started level 2 but only one lb in 2.5 weeks. I am having a hard time staying motivated. The initial inches lost helped but now that that is slowing there really aren't any positive changes to push me forward.
Advice is needed badly, suggestions on what I can do differently what you are doing that works etc. PLEASE!
