Default I feel down on myself...

After all the things I have posted in the last few days, I can't seem to get over what I ate today. I'ts 330pm & I only have 325 calories left because I went out to lunch with my sister in law. My husband is being so sweet & telling me how wonderfully I am doing, but I just feel like a failure. My yearly physical is on Thursday & I wanted to be down another pound to round out 20 lost since she last saw me & now I don't know if that will happen. I hate being a girl! ugh!

I think you'll be alright. Work out a little extra with each coming day until thursday and knock out 100 calories out of your daily allowance until then if you feel really bad about it. But like you said in your other post, You've lost inches AND you lost 3 lbs this week! You've done so good so don't let a little thing like this get you down!

I'm in your shoes. I just ate pizza and ice cream cake for lunch and have NO calories left for the rest of teh day and its not even 2pm here. I'm so going to bust my arse at cardio tonight. Stay strong sistah, we can do this regardless. 19 lbs is nothing to shake your fist at and I think your doc will be more then happy with you for taking control.

You can't change it and doting will only make your life miserable and influence the decisions your making in the now. Its really hard but what is in the past is in the past! Get moving girly... jk I can totally relate.

I know how it feels to beat yourself up and have a goal then do something to possibly ruin it. But seriously.. You have so much to be proud of! 19 lbs is nothing to bat an eyelash at. Your doc will be very impressed. Let us know how it goes!

I'm feeling better! Thanks girls! I was just annoyed because I knew that if we went out I would EAT. I didn't even eat that much, it was just the calorie content of the dang quesadillas.

Anyway, I'm doing much better. I have one more water bottle to drink & I will have reached my quota. Still not hungry so that's helpful. And I'm going to go do some Pilates in a minute. I have kept up the water intake for over a week now, so hopefully that will help me lose that one pound by Thursday. But if not, I HAVE LOST 19 POUNDS IN ABOUT 3 MONTHS!!!! I am a rockstar! =)
