I think the trouble of diet plans like that is that people get really misinformed about dieting. They either go see it as crash diets only, or they start to think it is impossible (because those things never work). And we all know both are untrue.

I saw a front page article on a Dutch newspaper yesterday, and it stated that 80 % of all teenage girls are dieting in an unhealthy way. That is so much! I hardly could believe it. They all have odd relationships with food - on one side it is their enemy, and on the other they use it as a comfort. They also talked about this diet plan that is currently popular in the UK. I forgot the name, but the idea is that you replace all your meals with their supplements, and eat 500 cal a day in that way. That is anorexic-little! There should be a law against products like that. They don't help and they endanger your health.
