Hey ladies! Back from my trip and I was so sure I gained this week. I stepped on the scale and saw 164. :) I know that I did not lose, but I didn't gain either which is awesome because I ate A LOT last week with only sightseeing and shopping for exercise.

Congrats to everyone :) I hope I can start losing again this week like you all have. I've been officially stuck at this weight for a month.

Alright Aqua chicks, here are the results:

Total weight loss for this week is= -5.5 lbs

That of course is including iriswhispers's !

As you can see, we are only 5 members now since one team member didn't show up for 2 weeks.

I am so proud of US, we did great, let's keep up the good work :):)

PS: I am going to post those results in the biggest loser thread and sleep since it's almost midnight here, if there are any changes, please report them to the BL official thread. Thanks girls and have a lovely evening :)

misstraveller: Don't worry too much about today, think more about how you will undo the dammage you did today :) Maybe by exercising more tomorrow and staying on your plan for the rest of the week :) Remember, YOU CAN DO IT ;)

I had a pretty good day today, woke up this morning and did my usual 30 day shred before going to work, had a lean lunch and no snacks. And when I finished work around 5ish, I had a 2 hours brisk walk !!!!!! YES 2 HOURS and sweating like never before, and you know whyyyy ??? Cause I am going to have my favorite meal tonight which is a bit rich compared to my regular meals. So basically I've planned it all as to not feel guilty after dinner :)

How is everyone else doing ? Hope you all had a good Tuesday.

Same here. I didn't work out today. I cleaned my apartment instead. I need some motivation. Help me :(

The last two days = pizza. chocolate kisses. and chips.:sorry: Now I'm wondering how the heck I will survive the holiday season without gaining weight.

At least I'm on here fessing up about it I guess! Tomorrow is a new day right?

futuresurferchick: YES, today is a new day, and I hope you can stick to your plan. I know it's hard to do so during the holiday season, but at least you can increase your workout hours so that you won't gain any weight. It's better to maintain than gain I guess. YOU CAN DO IT and we are here for you :)

I'm so proud of myself. I got back on track today :) *pats self on back*. I finally went out for a run and did the 30DS. Haven't done any form of exercise in one whole week. I thought I was going to give up on myself yesterday. So I did some math yesterday and found out I lost 27 total inches since the end of September. WOO HOO! It got me going again. That and my need to feel accountable to you guys. Thank you for that!

OK I'm weighing in! It's 1:30AM so it's technically the morning... I'm on a weird schedule this week as it's finals time. So bear with me. :)

The scale says 185 today. I really don't know if I should trust this, I feel like it's been too fast so far! I hope this isn't a fluke!!! :cb:

I started my period this week end, so I haven't lost any weight :( but haven't gained any either, so it's good :)
