Hi ladies! Did everyone else lose the thread too? I was looking for it this morning and couldn't find it! Anywho, looking forward to a great on plan weekend. Of course, considering the fact that I still can't smell or taste anything, that should be easy. Here's to that line from the movie the Devil Wears Prada "i'm just one stomach flu away from my goal weight!"

As for me, I went off plan yesterday by eating Moroccan Couscous for lunch (soo yummy) and some chinese food for dinner !! I was just craving it and said heck with it ! But the good thing is that I ate in moderation :) :) And for this week end, I m planning on staying on plan for sure, I don't want to gain the 2 pounds I've lost last week ! I just did the 30 day shred, level 3 day 5 and haven't done any walking since it's rainning today, but I ll do another workout video this afternoon for sure. Alright ladies, I ll post later this evening. Have a good Saturday, and please post your updates ! |

1. how do i add our team logo to my signature? 2. how do I "subscribe" to the thread? one would think I'd have figured this out by now after a year on 3FC.... |
Q: 1. how do i add our team logo to my signature?
A: -Right click on the logo - Click on 'Save image as', give it a name and save it in a location you will remember ex: desktop or my documents ... - Go to 'USER CP' on top left of this page - Once there, on the left under 'Setting & Option', click on 'Edit Signature' - On the buttom of the page, you will see 'Upload Signature Picture' - Upload signature from your computer - Click on 'Browse', and find the location where you save the picture, then click on it - Once uploaded, click on 'Save signature' And you will see the logo along side with your tricker Q: 2. how do I "subscribe" to the thread? A: -On the top right of this page, click on 'Thread Tools' - Click on 'Subscribe' - When you want to access your subscribed threads, just go to 'User CP', and then click on 'New Subscribed Threads' and you will see all of them. We still haven't heard from dandk0204 for exactly 10 days now ! I just hope that she is alright. If you are around please let us know if you are still interested on being in the team.
If I don't hear from her by Monday, I'll just submit our total weight loss for the week without hers, that way we won't have the same problem as last week. How is everybody else doing ? I somehow feel like I am talking to myself here loool, oh well ! :) |
I'm doing all right - had some dairy queen last night... i caved under all the peer pressure. *sigh* back on it today! I need to get some work done and hopefully go walking (maybe a little jogging?) in the park later.

Hey ladies, I'm doing well here myself.. yesterday I went out and had drinks and diner food after, but apart from that I've been eating healthily all week, so I'm proud of how I'm doing. :) Hope you're all have a great weekend.

Hey guys, I'm having my Thanksgiving dinner today, because I can FINALLY smell and taste food. I think it'll be ok, they saved me a plate from Thursday. Love this American holiday :) Anyway, I'm gonna savor it all day long, so it should be well within my calorie range. That's the only thing I"m having other than my normal morning slim fast. Does anyone else drink this? I do because eating solid foods at the crack of dawn (4am) when I get up for work makes me super queasy. Hope everyone else is doing great! I'm lookin for a BIG loss this week :carrot:

i usually weigh on thursdays, so I'm going to give my thurs. weight tonight so i'm not late again this week! (although that was actually a time zone thing).

iriswhispers: Congratulations of your 0.5 lb lost this week. But the official weign in in the Biggest Loser Challenge is Monday and we would appreciate it if you give us your weight as of This Monday. I am sure the purpose on them chosing Monday and not any other day is because people tend to eat more and exercise less during the week end. So please post your weight again when you get time today.
As for me, I've lost only 1 pound this week and lots of inches :) I am just happy I haven't gained the 2 pounds I've lost last week :) Total Weight loss this week: 1 lb Have a good Monday everyone :) |
