In order to add the banner, you have to right click on the image and get the URL of the image. Then go to your user CP and go to edit signature. In ur signature just click "add picture" and paste the URL in there. That should be it I think. =)
Oh!! And in other news, I got my 30 Day Shred DVD today!! YES!! I'm so excited, and the free DVD I got with it was the "Frontside For Beginners" I thought it was the backside, but I'll just order that one later. |
thanx shauna=== i'll do it when i'm on a pc--- i hate mac --- anyway--- 30 day shred is tough but dont give up you can do it--- even on the last day i was still getting a tough workout but it gets easier--- the second day has always been the toughest for me with that each time i got to a new level-- but then day 3 was a lot easier each time--and then i could keep going ---so just do it --- and even if you miss a day or two in there just pick up where you left off ---dont repeat the level just keep going even if you dont think you've done it well enough---push through it and go to the next level after the tenth day at each level---

Awesome! I hope you can get the banner into your signature ok with my directions. I actually have a Macbook, LOL, so I was trying to remember from my PC days how to do all that. Haha. But yea, I'm super excited to start the 30 Day Shred, I haven't done my regular work out routine today so I'm just going to start the 30 DS instead.

Happy birthday, princess, and congratulations on getting into your skinny jeans!! I can't wait till I can get back into my 10's and 12's, even. I think putting our journals up would be a really good idea. How do we do that?? I still can't get a signature. I can't wait till I can, so I can have a banner too! OH man!! I just finished the 30 DS Level 1. It was my first time doing it and man was it a killer. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be but she definitely works you to the bone in those 20 minutes. The very end with the bicycle crunches killed me. LOL. |

Sorry I've been MIA. College has been really busy and my internet is acting up! I'm doing ok. I walked 5 miles today!:running: and I'm gonna :lifter: later! So hopefully I'll be a big loser this week. As for eating, I'm on plan there so fingers crossed it'll all go well! How is everyone doing? Do we have a challenge yet? I read princesses one about fruit and veg, I wouldn't really be able to do it cause I can't afford to buy any more food this week:oyou guys could always do it without me tho;) |
I eat tons of fruits and veggies as it is now. I'm on SB so I can't have a lot of grains. Maybe an exercise challenge?? We could try for all of us to exercise for, 360 minutes for the rest of the week?? Is that too much too little? We have 4 full days before our next weigh in so it ends up being a little more than an hour of exercise a day.

Working out for more than an hour a day is a little too much for me. I have a hard enough time getting 30DS and BL done. That takes about 45 min. The rest of the day I spend cleaning the house, taking care of my almost 4 yr old and 2 month old, and I work part time. I would walk, but it is too cold to take the baby outside. So, if we could maybe make a goal of working out for at least half an hour, that could work.

That works....whatever is reasonable and what everyone else wants to do. And for those of us who work out more no one is stopping us so its not a big deal!

I just finished my 4th day of 30DS, I'm feeling a little better and stronger each day. I'm actually able to do more each time!
Also, I just noticed that the BL workout is about 25 min, plus the stretches that take about 12 or so min...so that plus the 20 min of 30DS, I am getting almost a full hour in each day! I didn't even realize that... Princess, how much weight did you lose with 30DS? |

So has anyone checked their weight lately? I checked mine Tuesday, the day after the weigh in, and it didn't change at all...not that I really expected it to! So I put my scale away in the closet and am making myself only take it out on Monday mornings. I am way too obsessed with that thing. It is awful. I have been doing better with it out of sight though. Hopefully Monday will show some progress!! I've been working my @$$ off this week!:dizzy:
