GUH. Would you BELIEVE that I only lost .2 lbs!? That being said, I feel kinda bloated and icky, I think I might lose a good amount next week... I weighed in much lighter yesterday. 146.2!!!!! :(

Ohhh well. I guess I prob won't make it to my goal of 145 before I leave for Ireland on Friday, lol. :(

Wow, Jelbb. I'm in exactly the same place you are this week. I only lost 0.2 lbs as well.

I've never felt bloated during my TOM before, but this time I was really bloated and emotional. I'm just glad I more or less stuck to my exercise schedule and I didn't actually gain like I had feared on Saturday morning.

Hey Jelbb, even if you're not 145 by Friday, your boyfriend is still going to be wowed, don't worry! You have a great time on your trip! I'm really excited for you!

Anyway, this week I'm determined to get a loss! I get so discouraged so easily. T_T Ah well, onward!

Hey AS22! I know exactly how you feel. This past week I've had to struggle with motivation a little bit and also with being busy, it was just a no show for posting in this thread. I'm sorry I wasn't around to try to cheer you a little bit! I'm sorry about your gain. :( Don't feel too bad about it. December is just terrible for weight loss!

Well, this is our last weigh in for this challenge ladies.

Well, all I have to say is I must have still been bloated when I weighed myself last Monday. Happy day! Anyhoo, I'm going to really stay on track these next two weeks. I really want to be in the 170s by the beginning of January. I hope everyone else is doing well and is gearing up for the holidays!

SOOOOOOOOOO close to the 170's I can taste it! I too want to be in the
170s by next week! That will be my goal for the week, but of course I think this will be our last weigh in so I will have to keep motivated for myself...Sorry I have not lost more in the past 4 weeks, I am not sure what happened but I NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK! Maybe because its the TOM starting last saturday and its still here!---SURE LETS BLAME THE HORMONES!

I am seeing nutritionist this wednesday, hoping she can give me some pointers, I mean she cant fix my willpower but maybe she can help me get back on track!

I need to get to my goal for me, I have been saying i want to be 145 for so long now, i need to prove to myself i can do it!

WAY TO GO with losing 10.5 pounds WRDFROG! :DYou go girl!
I just know i would feel that much better with 10 more pounds off, you must feel great!

OH my gosh, Black Team! We won! I'm pretty late in finding out, but I'm super excited! Great job everyone! I hope Jelbb finds out some how.
