i don't have a scale at my apartment, so i always weigh myself post-workout at the rec center at school. but this weekend i'm in huntsville with my grandparents, and i just weighed myself a few minutes after i woke up, and according to morning weighing, i'm into the 180s!!! 189.4, actually, BUT STILL THE 180s!!!
i think i need a scale at my apartment so i can weigh myself in the morning. i like those results better. but as for now, i'm changing my ticker (some of you have so much more self control than me with this), this is too exciting not to.
I can totally understand you change your ticker after that! My ticker is always .5 kg or so too low, cause I weigh in at something and then the scale doesn't budge for the rest of the week. Self-control at changing tickers? Don't look at me

yeah, some people are like "i wait 2 days before i change my ticker," and i applaud those people for their patience, but i'm more of an instant gratification type.
Lol, oh, honey, NEVER weigh yourself after you work out! That's a cardinal rule! Your weight is almost always up after you work out. If you're drinking water, especially, because water actually weighs a fair bit, and it's just sitting there in your stomach, making you weigh a pound (or more, depending on how much you drank) heavier. Also, muscles retain water while working out.
Glad you have been brought over to the right side!! It's so much better to weigh yourself in the morning. I would NOT weight myself any other time...I would want to slit my wrists! It is so worth the $20 for a scale! Happy for your loss!!
