Ok so I go to Aqua Aerobics Monday and Wednesday night as well as Saturday mornings..I don't go to Sun night's class because I honestly think the instructor is a JOKE and I feel that I do not benefit much from it..(my heartrate barely budges).
Anyways I'm off work...finished supper but just feeling too exhausted to go...give me some reasons to go please..I know them but someone else telling me will probably get me off my butt..lol..so tempted to stay home and just do nothing...arghh.........It starts in an hour and 15 minutes......and I'm here finding every possible excuse....tired/ate too late/the cold air after...the list is growing.....
Perhaps I should've titled it..Talk me into it :P

I used to take water aerobics and felt the same way... it wasn't doing anything for me. The UPSIDE for me however, I came home very relaxed and slept very well!
So, get off your butt and go! :-)
It will make you feel much better about yourself if you do go. You will lose weight. You will train your muscles and stuff. You get to socialize. You get fun because of laughing at the instructor. You get to show off your body in the swimming pool!
Now I can't think of any more reasons. You'll make us proud. I feel it
Go! Try to remember the feeling you get when you are all finished, and relaxing at home and proud of meeting your goal...hold on to that feeling and use it to motivate you to go!
On the flip side, if you really aren't feeling it, I'm a huge fan of listening to your body, if it's trying to tell you it's tired.
You are spending only 1:15 thinking about how bad you don't want to go.. once you get there it won't be that bad, and if you don't end up going, you'll spend the rest of the week irritated about it.
Thanks girls..well I went to the pool and guess what? Sunday night's instructor was filling in for tonight! argh..anyways I'm STILL glad I went..much better than sitting around doing nothing! (however I will call from now on to make sure who's teaching..lol)
