I've been so bad...

  • I am back to 225.8... I seem to be jumping back and forth. I have come to really dislike the number 225.8 and in turn I feel like I have made no progress what so ever... I have ate everything in my path for the last 2 days and I am so lucky that I haven't gained back what I have lost altogether.. I feel so glum I wish I could wake up tomorrow and be 100 pounds lighter.. but don't we all wish it was that easy...
  • Just wanted to check in and let you know I know how you feel. Last week I ate everything in my path for 4-5 days, and I didn't work out, either. I even called in sick to work a couple nights and I can't say I was really sick, just didn't feel like life, I guess. Of course all of that made me feel even worse!!

    Now I've been semi-back-on-plan for a couple days, and I worked out with my trainer yesterday, but it's just so hard to get back on after a few days of indulging yourself.

    Best of luck to both of us. We can do it!!!
  • Don't let your slip be the winner. You can do it, don't give up!! I know you can.
  • Everyone has bad days and good days- Don't let the bad days out number the good ones. Keep your head up....mouth away from snacks...hehehe and you'll be back on track in no time. AMEN for not gaining eveything back!
  • Everyone trips up a little sometimes. And everyone sees the numbers bounce back up a bit every once in a while... you just can't let that make you give up. Recommit yourself... you've seen a loss... and you're gonna see a loss of much more. Have faith, babe.
    Down the road, there's a 125 lb you, catwalking in a sexy outfit, trying to remind you why you're doing this.
